Indeemo & Paypal

It is now possible to pay your research participants directly via your Indeemo Dashboard.

Key things to note:

  1. Participants must register with Indeemo using their main email address.

    (If they already have a PayPal account, they should register with Indeemo using the email address linked to their PayPal account.)

  2. Incentives are paid in USD.

  3. Participant incentive payments are subject to PayPal standard fees.

  4. Allow 5-7 working days for payment 

  5. Establish a respondent facing project title or reference

How to Pay participants

  1. On your Indeemo Dashboard, go to the Respondents view. 

    • Here you will see your participants that have registered, along with a ‘Pay’ button next to each respondent. 

    • When you are ready to pay a respondent, click ‘Pay’ next to their name. 

  2. Add the incentive amount

  3. Add a Note - include the respondent facing project title or reference. (This will appear on the paypal payment so participants know what they are being paid for.)

  4. Click ‘Pay’. 

  5. You will see the History table will update to show this payment,. 

    The ‘Pay’ button remains available in case you wish to pay the respondent again.
