  • Getting Paid for Participating in Research with Indeemo

    Welcome! 

    This guide explains how your payment for research participation with Indeemo will be processed through PayPal. 

    Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth payment experience.

    Registering with Indeemo

    • Use your main email address when registering with Indeemo.

    • If you already have a PayPal account, ensure that you register with Indeemo using the email address linked to your PayPal account.

    Receiving Your Payment

    Once you’ve completed your research as agreed with the researcher:

    • Your incentive payment will be sent to you via PayPal within the agreed timeframe with the researcher.

    • It will be sent to the email address you registered with Indeemo.

    • You will receive an email notification from PayPal advising that Indeemo has sent you a payment.

    What to do next:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account:Use this PayPal login link.

    2. Sign up if you don’t have a PayPal account:Use this PayPal sign-up link to create one.

    After logging in, you will see the payment from Indeemo in your PayPal account.

    If the Payment Status Shows "On Hold" or "Pending"

    If your payment status is displayed as “on hold” or “pending”:

    • Contact PayPal Support via phone to request a release of the funds. PayPal Support will assist you in releasing the payment quickly.

    • This is a standard PayPal process for:

      • New PayPal users.

      • Users who haven’t used their PayPal account in a while.

    Sie erhalten eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung von PayPal, dass Indeemo Ihnen eine Zahlung gesendet hat.

    Votre paiement d'incitation vous sera envoyé via PayPal dans le délai convenu avec le chercheur.
    Il sera envoyé à l'adresse e-mail avec laquelle vous vous êtes inscrit sur Indeemo.
    Vous recevrez une notification par e-mail de PayPal vous informant qu'Indeemo vous a envoyé un paiement.

    Que faire ensuite :

    Si votre statut de paiement est affiché comme « en attente » ou « en cours » :
