Respondent invite: sample email template

To enable you to control exactly how and when you onboard Respondents, Indeemo does not send an invite email to respondents.

Please see below a sample invite email that Moderators should send to Respondents after they have been added to Indeemo using the Add Respondents feature. This template contains instructions the Respondents need to register with Indeemo and then download the app. Please copy/paste the text below, edit as required and email the Respondents (from your own mail client) once you are ready to invite them to the fieldwork phase.

Maraming salamat sa pagsang-ayon na maging bahagi ng aming proyektong pananaliksik. Natutuwa kami na makatrabaho ka.

Bilang bahagi ng proyektong ito, kailangan mong gumamit ng app na tinatawag na Indeemo. Upang gumamit ng Indeemo, mangyaring sundin ang tatlong hakbang na ito:

1. Pindutin ang link sa ibaba upang magrehistro sa Indeemo. Upang maisama ka namin sa iyong proyektong pananaliksik, mahalaga na magrehisto ka gamit ang email address na aming ginamit sa pagpapadala ng email na ito. Pumili ng password na hindi bababa sa 8 karakter.

2. Kapag narehisto, ikaw ay tutuloy sa pag-download ng Indeemo app.

3. Mag-login sa app gamit ang iyong email address at ang iyong napiling password.
