3.2 Adding Moderators

Moderators are your research colleagues who will collaborate with you on your Project.

1/ Click on the ‘Manage Projects’ Screen on the Indeemo Dashboard, then click on the Manage Moderators button next to your project.

In this dropdown list, you will see all of your colleagues that have previously been given access to Indeemo. Choose the moderators you want to add to your project, and click ‘Next’.

Now, you can choose which Target Group(s) you would like to link each moderator to. Please scroll to select these for each moderator.

2/ Click on the ‘Manage Projects’ Screen on the Indeemo Dashboard. Then click on the ‘Edit Project’ button next to your project.

On the left side of your screen, you will see the Sidebar/Navigation view of your project. Click on Step 4 - “Manage Moderators” to link (or unlink) your Moderators to your Target Group(s).

In this dropdown list, you will see all of your colleagues that have previously been given access to Indeemo. Choose the moderators you want to add to your project, and click ‘Next’.

Now, you can choose which Target Group(s) you would like to link each moderator to. Please scroll to select these for each moderator.

If you don’t find your colleague in the list, contact support@indeemo.com (only colleagues that have already been invited to access Indeemo will appear in this list for you).

Please note, only the Project Owner can Manage Moderators.

3.3 Adding Observers

Observers are your clients or colleagues that should have ‘Read- only’ access to your project on Indeemo.

To add your clients or colleagues with ‘Read Only’/Observer access to Indeemo, you can:

1/ Click on the ‘Manage Projects’ Screen on the Indeemo Dashboard, then click on the ‘Manage Observer’ button next to your project. Read the Privacy acknowledgement and then add Observers email.

2/ click on the ‘Manage Projects’ Screen on the Indeemo Dashboard. Then click on the ‘Edit Project’ button next to your project.

On the left side of your screen, you will see the Sidebar/Navigation view of your project. Go to Step 5 “Manage Observers”(see below) and click on the ‘Manage Observers’ button. Read the Privacy acknowledgement and then add Observers email.

Once added, Observers will automatically be sent an invitation email by Indeemo with a link to enable them to register. Please note that Observers will have restricted access compared to Moderators. They will only be able to see the ‘Dashboard’ screen.. They will not be able to see the Respondents Last Name or email, will not be able to Comment on or Tag responses or Export excel files.

Please note, only the Project Owner can invite Observers. Observer should be added once all Targets are set up. If you added one Observer before all targets are set up, please add this Observer again.

3.4 Adding Recruiters

A Recruiter is someone responsible for adding and inviting your respondents, tracking their engagement and sending completion reminders.
If you do not have a Recruiter to add, Moderator permissions can complete these actions too.

Remember, 1.Planning your Project- Smartphone Requirements has all the info your Recruiter needs to recruit your Indeemo respondents.
